How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who you talk to
Carpq Concrete does not have crews who come to your home. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. They talk with you, look at your project, and give you a written quote.
What happens on the call
Expect a simple, friendly chat. The provider will likely ask:
- What you want built, such as a driveway, patio, or stamped surface
- Roughly how big the space is
- How the area drains and how the ground slopes
- What is there now, and whether old concrete must come out
Photos help. So does a rough sketch. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Keep this list handy. Good providers are glad to answer.
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- How will you prepare the base?
- How thick will the slab be, and will it have reinforcement?
- How will you plan joints to control cracking?
- How will water drain away from the house?
- How long before I can walk or drive on it?
- What does the written quote include?
For stamped work, ask to see sample patterns and colors. Ask how the surface will be sealed.
You are in control
You do not have to say yes. You can ask for more than one quote. You can take time to think. Costs vary by job, so always get the price in writing before work starts. A pause to compare is a steady next step.
