Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Carpq Concrete wants carpq.help to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Give meaningful images a text description
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Use plain, everyday words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some areas of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@carpq.help and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@carpq.help and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you use, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
